Day 28

Yesterday went great. It feels really good being back on track. I've been trying to keep myself busy so I missed posting. I still haven't checked my glucose, but I will try to get up the nerve to do it tomorrow. We'll see.

Daily Food Journal:
Breakfast: Special K with berries, decaf
Lunch: 1 Veggie burger with Greek pasta salad
Snack: 10 walnuts
Dinner: Tuna on whole wheat, side of cabbage and hot tea with honey
